Your employer has been selected among the few in the area to participate in Madison Overlook Preferred Employer Program. This program features special incentives applied towards your move-in when you lease a new Madison Community rental home.
Employees at the following companies are eligible to receive a credit back for the administration fee, which will be applied toward their first full month of rent. Applicants must provide proof of employment with a participating preferred employer to qualify for this incentive.

Madison Communities is an Equal Housing Opportunity provider. The Preferred Employer Program is available at Madison Overlook in Canton, GA, to individuals currently employed by a participating preferred employer. The program offers eligible, approved applicants a credit for the administration fee, which will be applied toward the first full month of rent. The application fee is $75 per applicant and is not included in the administration fee credit. The administration fee credit is not redeemable for cash. Approved applicants must execute a lease by 12/31/2026 to receive the incentive and present proof of employment (a current or recent pay stub from the preferred employer company) at the time of lease execution.
